UNKNOWN to Nigerians, one of them has launched them into the Guinness Book of World Records, not for a very good reason, of course. A Nigerian, according to the chairman of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), Mallam Nuhu Ribadu, was adjudged to be the world�s largest treasury looter. Even the late president of the Philippines, Ferdinand Marcos, who drilled holes in his country�s treasury, failed to make the mark of the Nigerian. NIGERIAN TRIBUNE
